Do your product only available exclusively online?

Right now, yes. myjnofficial.com is the official website and only place to shop our jewelry. Any aftermarket, marketplace, online store selling and claim that is MYJN pieces are not authentic. We do discontinue some collection once a while, to prevent over manufacturing, duplication also to keep the uniqueness.

Does it come with a jewelry box, do you provide gift wrapping?

All items are will be packed in a MYJN Jewelry Box. Our packaging includes a classic white paper box, a MYJN Jewelry Box with wrapping papers.

If you request gift wrapping, we add a lovely ribbon with a gift notes that handwritten especially for you. For those wishing to have their order packed specially ( with some pieces together and some individually, or all together) just let us know in the Special Instructions section at check out!

We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself! Each order is sealed with a sticker for tape on your mailer box with handwritten name and date. If no gift note or special request is included, the name in the shipping address will be written on the packaging.

What are your materials made of?

How do i take care my jewelry?

Our jewelry is special. It is delicate by nature of being small and we encourage customers to take extra care when wearing it daily. An easy tip is taking off your rings when you are doing rough hand work that may damage a stone or the shape of a ring. We also recommend taking your jewelry off when washing your hands, showering and sleeping.

Be sure to store it in the pouch and box when not wearing your jewelry, This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for vermeil and silver pieces. Avoid spraying perfume or applying creams directly onto your jewelry, or even better, always put your jewelry on last before heading out the door.

Can your jewelry cause skin allergy?

All of our pieces are hypoallergenic. None of our products contain nickel, copper, brass or other unsuitable materials that may turn your skin a nasty green. You will be happy to know that all our pieces are nickel and brass free.

If all your jewelry are handmade why can’t i get whatever size, material or stone i want?

In order to keep things moving so we can get orders out to people quickly, we have to find ways to streamline our production. When we have orders that come in that stray from our usual offerings, it actually takes way longer than any regular order. We do not have the available production time to accommodate special requests so we can't offer one ring in a particular size or material.




How to i know does it fit my size?

For our necklace and bracelet, we will mention or describe the size details in our product page. Most of our pieces come in a general size that would able to fit most of the people.

Is your open ring fits most size?

The average ring size available for women ranges from size 4 to size 9. The most commonly purchased women's rings range between size 5 and size 7. Size 6 is the most popular. MYJN range from size 5 to 7 and it’s adjustable for size 5.5 – 8.

How to measure ring size?
  1. Wrap string or paper around the base of your finger.
  2. Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen.
  3. Measure the string or paper with a ruler (mm).
  4. Pick the closest measurement on the ring size chart to find your ring size.
  5. The ring should fit your finger comfortably: snug enough so it won't fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle with relative ease. More

How fast are orders processed?

We normally process orders in 48 hours in non-peak season. If you need the parcel for gifting or in hurry, please kindly inform us for arrangement.

Made-to-order pieces are usually complete in 1-2 weeks. Please note that orders are only processed Monday to Friday, as we do not ship or deliver on weekends & holidays.  

How can I track my order?

We will send you a shipping confirmation email containing an air waybill number once your order has bee dispatch. You can use this number to track your order online.

What kind of payment do you accept or processed in?

All MYJN orders are processed in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). A currency converter is a convenient tool for your reference only.

We accept payment from major credit cards, debit cards that you can pay via PayPal. Also, we use Billplz that you may pay thru Malaysia Online Banking ( FPX ). We do accept manual payment too.

Prior to confirming your order, kindly carefully review the total amount and content(s) within your cart. You should receive an email confirmation containing your order number and receipt immediately.

Why hasn’t my package shipped?

Please take note that we need 48 hours before we dispatch your parcel. Sometime it take more time while it's on peak season or some circumstances, we will inform you. If your item is made-to-order, please allow more time for processing.

Warranty & Repair


Do you provide any warranty & repairs services?

We guarantees your jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects. Manufacturing defects can include clasp breakage, missing pavé stones, loose diamonds or loose prongs. Manufacturing defects do not include general wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains/rings, lost jewelry, or jewelry damaged due to improper cleaning or storage.

We provide free gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones in between 90 days after delivered. If not, fees might be charged based on the material. 

If the jewelry are exhibiting a genuine fault ( gold layer fades, stone falling, break in shape ) in between 30 days after delivered even with your proper care, we will provide a exchange once the inspection done. More


Return & Exchange


What is your return policy?

At MYJN, we are sure that you will be satisfied with your product. Every item will be inspect before it dispatch to our customers. We are proud to offer our customers a quality product.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we offer an exchange with similar price item. Our exchange policy will cover you for 14 days after delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after this 14 days period has expired.

Only items that were delivered genuinely faulty will be accepted for a return, exchange and refund, which will first be evaluated and approved by MYJN.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All the pierced earrings and products cannot be returned or exchanged after they have been shipped due to hygienic reasons. More
