Order & Shipping Information

What if my purchase have pre-order item?

The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse.

Once you run checkout we will also send you an email to verify if the product is in pre-order or not. We always have high demand on our items. Such items are typically customized items or items that require special handling will be a "made to order item"

Most of our pre-order item will be back in stock in 7 working days. If you added one "made to order" item in your cart, you will need to wait for the item back in stock so we will fulfil the item for you.

 

I have Pre-order item and ready stock item in my purchase/order. May i get the in stock items first?

If you have pre-order items within your cart, your order will be placed on hold and shipped all together when the items are back in stock. We will advice that you may purchase the item seperately in 2 orders etc if you're urgent or it's for gifting.

What are the advantages of buying a pre-order item?

The advantage of buying an item in pre-order is that you can guarantee the size or item you want without risking that it runs out as soon as it is available in our warehouse. Requests for certain items can be multiple. For this reason, their availability can run out even before they are physically available in stock.

Orders Handling

Please allow 1-2 business days ( not include weekend and public holiday ) for us to process and dispatch your order. MYJN Team pledge to dispatch every order immediately.

For holiday season, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day Etc. We will take more time to fulfil the parcel. Hope you understand it's a small scale business, a team of 2-3 person to gift wrapped around hundreds of parcel a day. We will try our best to ship out asap.

Tracking ID Information

Please allow at least 1 business days after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our support squad at help@myjnofficial.com so that we can assist you further.

Please also note that the shipping fee is not refundable in the event of wrong information of delivery placed by customers.

Shipping Courier & Estimated Time Delivery

We ship all orders globally via express shipping. Express shipping - Fedex / Aramex / Janio / Teleport Delivery

For international orders under MYR 600 depends on your location, there is a flat rate delivery charge.

Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch. The day as we mention above, is the business day (not include weekend and public holiday) Take a note that we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, especially during busy period and season.

 

Tax and Duties

If you are located in Malaysia & Singapore, Hong Kong, we will ensure the parcel to be successfully delivered. We cooperate with our shipping partner and we never lost any single parcel, or damaged it in transit. If the parcel lost, we will immediately resend a new parcel to your door place once you inform us. We will cover your duties and taxes too.

For International shipment, we will try to prevent/avoid the unknown custom charges by using appropriate courier. If there's a duties or fare, you'll have to bare it to receive the parcel.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

Item lost in transit

We are different to the others. If your orders or parcel are lost in transit, not delivering for a long period, we will resend a parcel for you.

Foreign Transaction Fees

MYJN does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of MYJN.

As we're based out of Malaysia, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.
