Why are you not taking my return?

One of our core values is safety. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we are declining all returns (including refunds, store credits and product exchanges) for the safety of our customers and associates.

 

Why was this not posted sooner?

We continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation and make decisions that allow us to operate clean, open and stocked stores to serve our customers and support our associates. Out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to temporarily suspend returns to protect the safety of our associates and customers.

 

What is the time frame when you will start taking returns?

We understand that some of you still need to return some item ( repairs, faulty etc. ) We pledge that we will continue to closely monitor guidance from state and local agencies and adjust our policies accordingly. 

 

What are the customer’s benefits for us not accepting returns?

Customers can feel a sense of safety when purchasing products off our shelves. All products customers purchase off our shelves have not left the store.

Warranty and Repairs Services

We provide free gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones in between 90 days after delivered. If not, fees might be charged based on the material. 

The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping that is available, that must include tracking.

 

Faulty items

If the jewelry are exhibiting a genuine fault ( gold layer fades, stone falling, break in shape ) in between 30 days after delivered even with your proper care, we will provide a exchange once the inspection done. 

The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by MYJN due to our mistake.

 

Return

At MYJN, we are sure that you will be satisfied with your product. Every item will be inspect before it dispatch to our customers. We are proud to offer our customers a quality product.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product we offer an exchange with similar price item. Our exchange policy will cover you for 14 days after delivery. We do not offer refunds or exchanges after this 14 days period has expired.

Only items that were delivered genuinely faulty will be accepted for a return, exchange and refund, which will first be evaluated and approved by MYJN.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

In the interest of hygiene and for your protection we DO NOT accept exchanges or provide refunds for pierced earrings, packs containing pierced earrings, body piercings or hair accessories unless the items are exhibiting a genuine fault. 

For your convenience, we ask you to keep your receipt or order information as proof of purchase.

Can I have a refund if I missed the sale or the coupon code?

If there is error of the price of an item you have purchased with sale / coupon code. We may adjust the price for you within 7 days of your order. We will refund the different in terms of cash or in the form of your payment in the most convenience way. 

Please do take note that items sold with Final Sale & Coupon may NO longer be returned or exchanged. “All Sales Final” policy is a very limited return or refund policy, but we will still ACCEPT for return and refund if the mistake on us or you receive a faulty product.

 
Refunds (if applicable)

In very special circumstances, we do accept refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually take seven business days, but it might take longer during busy periods. 

Packages refused or returned will be subject to our restocking fee of 10% per item. As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources. The restocking fee contributes to processing orders and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.

  

What does final sale mean? 

All items marked final sale / discount usage cannot be returned for a refund, or exchanged for a different colour, or style. We know that buying final sale / discount items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing or fit, please email us before placing your order.

 

Packages refused or returned will be subject to our restocking fee of 10% per item. Change of Mind

Kindly note that we are only able to provide refunds in limited circumstances. Refunds or exchanges are not eligible due to change of mind. All our jewelry will be ship out with personalize gift wrapped box with your name attached with. We can’t afford to return & refund due to change of mind. We are operating in a small scale of business, hope you’ll understand us.

 

Do you replace lost jewelry?

We understand how frustrating it can be to misplace your jewelry, but as a small, growing company we are unable to replace lost jewelry at this time. However, we might provide you a great offer on your next order.
