Every stainless steel/sterling silver pieces is covered by our 365 days warranty, while all vermeil pieces is 180 days warranty. Vermeil and stainless steel rings is 90 days warranty Our warranty covers the color fading issue, clasp/chain breakage, repair on damaged jewelry, lost gemstone/diamonds. We do not cover wear and tear issue.

Returns during the pandemic
Due to COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we are declining all returns without reason for the safety of our customers and associates. We temporary do only accept return, exchange for several situation such as, faulty pieces, wrong product delivered, wrong sizing in 30 days
One of our core values is safety Due to health, hygiene and safety reasons, all the item returned to MYJN will not resell, and all the returned item will be recycled. Customers can feel a sense of safety when purchasing products off our shelves. All products customers purchase off our shelves have not left the store.
Why are you not taking my return ( returns without a reason )
First of all we are very sorry, before the Covid-19 pandemic, we do allow a 14 days no hassle return. We do lose some of the customer as we do not accept return without reason temporary. One of our core values is safety. Due to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic and our inability to monitor products that have left our stores, we are declining all returns ( including refunds, store credits and product exchanges ) for the safety of our customers and associates. Also, all the returned item will not be resell, this is the main reason we declining the return with a purpose.
Why was this not posted sooner?
We continue to closely monitor the rapidly evolving situation and make decisions that allow us to operate clean, open and stocked stores to serve our customers and support our associates. Out of an abundance of caution, we made the decision to temporarily suspend returns to protect the safety of our associates and customers.
What is the time frame when you will start taking returns?
We pledge that we will continue to closely monitor guidance from state and local agencies and adjust our policies accordingly. When the timing is right, we will open for return/refund without reason. Also, we do understand that some of you still need to return some item ( repairs, faulty etc. ) You may contact us and we may still proceed.
Any warranty and repair service?
We provide free broken clasp repair/replacement and gemstone settler services if you may provide the fallen gemstones or we have the additional gemstones in between 180 days after delivered. If not, fees might be charged based on the material.
The cost of the return parcel & delivery will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping that is available, that must include tracking.
We reserve the right to refuse the repair request if in our opinions that the pieces have been altered by other jeweller.
What if the items come faulty?
If the jewelry are exhibiting a genuine fault ( damaged, broken or break in shape ) in between 30 days after you received the item, we will provide a exchange once the inspection done.
The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by MYJN due to our mistake. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the damage, including a picture of the jewelry that shows us the issue. We will try our best to get your beloved MYJN piece back to new!
Can i have a refund if i missed a discount/promotion?
If you missed out our sales event or there is error of the price of an item you have purchased with sale / coupon code. We may adjust the price for you within 7 days of your order. We will refund the different in terms of cash or in the form of your payment in the most convenience way.
May i refund if i change of mind?
Kindly note that we are only able to provide refunds in limited circumstances. Refunds or exchanges are not eligible due to change of mind. All our jewelry will be ship out with personalize gift wrapped box with your name attached with. We can’t afford to return & refund due to change of mind. We are operating in a small scale of business, hope you’ll understand us.
Do you replaced lost jewelry?
We understand how frustrating it can be to misplace your jewelry, but as a small, growing company we are unable to replace lost jewelry at this time. However, we might provide you a great offer on your next order. We do sell our earring in single piece, you may purchase with us if you lost it.
What is the progress of refund ( if applicable )
In very special circumstances, we do accept refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection of returns usually take seven business days, but it might take longer during busy periods.
Packages refused or returned will be subject to our restocking fee of 10% per item. As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources. The restocking fee contributes to cost for processing orders, packaging used, payment gateway, e-commerce provider fees, and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.

For package returned or refused, please note that there will be a RM39 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
Warranty for fading issue
All stainless steel collection are covered by one year warranty regarding colour issues. Vermeil collection ( except rings ) are covered for 6 months, Vermeil rings and stainless steel rings are covered for 3 months. As we mentioned, shower, soap and water is a big no for vermeil/sterling silver and gold-filled pieces, if the discolouration or fading occurs because of moist, we do not cover.
Normally, the golden tone may turn slightly darker after wearing but it'll not fade. We have customer that send stainless steel pieces for us to repair after wearing it daily after 2 years, and the colour still remain. So, if your stainless steel such as chains, earrings or rings lose the colour under one year, we will immediately send store credit/replacement item or provide a repair service.
How to return the parcel?
We do provide courier pickup service free for our customer in Singapore & Malaysia. For Malaysia, it's a paperless courier. For Singapore, you may need to print the return label. For customers from other country, you may need to arrange the courier by own.
