Every parcel leaves our studio the way the pieces inside were made. With intention. We ship worldwide by express courier as standard. Full tracking. Carbon-neutral delivery. Careful handling from our hands to yours. Most customers pay nothing for shipping once they reach the minimum spend, and even then we keep you on express, not a slower lane. We pack Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and prepare a controlled number of orders each day so every parcel is checked, wrapped, and dispatched properly. No shortcuts.


Delivery times and complimentary shipping



We ship worldwide from our studio in Malaysia. Our primary regions are Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We also offer secure international express shipping through UPS and FedEx to the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and beyond. Shipping options and rates are applied automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. When your order qualifies for complimentary shipping, it is applied at checkout. Nothing to enter, nothing to claim.

Holiday Shipping Update

If you are buying for a birthday, anniversary, wedding, or any date that matters, please order with time to spare. To ensure your order arrives before any holiday occasion, please see our shipping cutoff dates below. If you have a firm deadline, let us know. We will always do our best.

Malaysia

For West Malaysia, you may place your order at least 3 working days before the event. A same-day delivery option / self-pickup is available for Klang Valley customers.

For East Malaysia, you may place your order 7 working days before the event.

Singapore

Place your order at least 5 working days before your event. If you need it sooner, Priority delivery (3 working days) is available subject to confirmation. Contact us for pricing and arrangements.

Hong Kong

Place your order at least 7 working days before your event. If you need it sooner, Priority delivery (3 working days) is available subject to confirmation. Contact us for pricing and arrangements.

Rest of the world

You may place your order 7-10 working days before the event. A priority delivery option ( 3 working days ) is available for MYR 100 - MYR 200. Contact us for pricing and arrangements.

Processing and dispatch

Most in-stock orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation.

Made-to-order pieces ship within 7 working days, unless noted on the product page. Please check the estimated ship date on each product page before ordering.

MYJN Atelier pieces ship by priority or express.

If your order includes multiple items, everything ships together. Dispatch follows the latest estimated date among your items.

We do not ship on weekends or Malaysian public holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

 

What to expect in your parcel

Every order is quality checked, inspected, photographed, and documented before it leaves our studio. Then it is packed with the same care we give to the pieces themselves.

 

  • A white paper mailer or biodegradable courier bag
  • A sturdy black parcel box, wrapped with a bespoke paper label
  • Protective lining to keep your jewellery box safe in transit
  • Individual cotton linen or suede pouches with multi-compartment storage for each piece
  • Our seasonal eco-gifting box, fitting up to three pieces
  • A seasonal gifting card for a personal message
  • Complimentary jewellery polishing cloths
  • An optional patented anti-tarnish strip to prevent oxidation

 

All of our packaging is designed to be kept or passed on. The linen pouches double as travel storage. The moss box becomes a keepsake. Nothing is single-use if it does not have to be.

 

 

Tracking your order

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order is dispatched. It may take a few hours to go live after courier pickup.

 

If you have a MYJN account

Log in and visit "My Orders" to check your status anytime.

 

If you checked out as a guest

Your tracking details will arrive in your dispatch email. Once the courier scans the package, the tracking link will show live updates. If your order was packed on a weekend, tracking will update on the next business day.

 

After dispatch, your courier handles the journey. If tracking shows something unusual or your parcel seems delayed, reaching out to the courier directly with your tracking number is usually the fastest route to an update. If you need help beyond that, write to us and we will follow up on your behalf.

 

 

Your delivery address

We do not use address autocomplete at checkout. Autocomplete often pulls incomplete or outdated entries, and we would rather you type it once correctly than have a parcel sent to the wrong place.

Please double check your full address, including unit number, building name, and postcode. We ship to exactly what you enter.

If you spot an error after ordering, email us immediately. We can only make changes before dispatch. If an incorrect address leads to a failed delivery or return to sender, re-delivery fees apply.

 

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

For deliveries between Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, duties are typically included. We cover taxes and duties for most Asian countries.

For other international shipments, local duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply on arrival. These are set by your country's authorities and are outside our control. We handle all required customs paperwork to help your parcel clear smoothly, but we are not able to reimburse duties or taxes paid upon delivery.

Shipments to the European Union and certain other countries may be subject to additional customs taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

 

 

If something goes wrong in transit

We pack every order with care and document each shipment before handover to the courier. Once a parcel is in the courier's hands, its journey is managed by them. Here is what we will do if things do not go as planned.

 

If your parcel is delayed

Delays can happen during peak periods, customs processing, or courier congestion. Local tracking usually updates within 3 working days. International tracking may take up to 5 working days, especially during customs clearance. We will help you track it down and coordinate with the courier.

 

If your tracking shows an unusual route

Courier systems generate routing data automatically, and rare errors can occur. Contact the courier directly with your tracking number for the fastest resolution. We will follow up from our side as well.

 

If your parcel appears lost

We will provide all shipping documentation and work with the courier to investigate. Final investigations, compensation, or claims are managed by the courier under their policies. We stay in contact and help you get updates until the case is resolved.

 

If your parcel arrives damaged

If your parcel shows visible external damage on arrival, photograph it immediately and contact the courier first. Then write to us. We will help with whatever documentation is needed.

 

If you missed your delivery

Check your tracking to see which courier handled your order. Contact their local hotline to arrange redelivery or redirect the package to a preferred location.

 

We do not disappear after dispatch. If something is not right, reach out.

 

 

Returns and international return shipping

If a return is necessary, customers are responsible for their own return shipping. For faulty or incorrect items confirmed under warranty, we cover reshipping the replacement back to you.

If returning from outside Malaysia, please label your parcel as "Returned Goods. No Commercial Value" to avoid unnecessary charges. We are unable to cover VAT, import duties, or taxes on returned items.

Common questions about shipping

 

Does MYJN offer free shipping?

Yes. We call it complimentary shipping because that is what it is. Express shipping is included on orders above the minimum spend for your region: MYR 200 for Malaysia, MYR 350 for Singapore, MYR 650 for Hong Kong, and MYR 600 to MYR 1,200+ for other countries. Applied automatically at checkout.

 

How long does MYJN take to ship?

Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. After dispatch, delivery takes 1 to 2 days for Malaysia, 1 to 3 days for Singapore, 3 to 5 days for Hong Kong, and 3 to 10 days for the rest of the world. Made-to-order pieces ship within 7 working days.

 

Does MYJN ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide through UPS and FedEx. If your country is not listed at checkout, email help@myjnofficial.com and we will arrange it.

 

Is MYJN shipping tracked?

Every order ships with full tracking by express courier. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status anytime in your MYJN account.

 

Does MYJN charge customs duties?

For Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, duties are included. For other countries, local duties or taxes may apply on arrival and are the buyer's responsibility. We handle all customs paperwork on our end.

 

Can I get same-day delivery from MYJN?

Yes. Same-day delivery is available within the Klang Valley in Malaysia. Email us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will arrange it.

 

What if my order is delayed or lost?

We will provide all shipping documentation and coordinate with the courier on your behalf. We stay involved until the issue is resolved. Final claims are handled by the courier under their policies.

 

Why does MYJN not use address autocomplete at checkout?

Autocomplete often fills in outdated or incomplete addresses. We turned it off intentionally. Taking a moment to confirm your street, unit, and postcode helps your piece reach you safely.

 

What comes in a MYJN parcel?

Every order arrives in our signature black parcel box with cotton linen pouches, a preserved moss gifting box, a seasonal card, polishing cloths, and an anti-tarnish strip. All packaging is designed to be reusable or recyclable. The unboxing is part of the experience.

 

Does MYJN cover return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty or incorrect items confirmed under warranty, we cover reshipping the replacement to you.
