Every stainless steel or 18k gold titanium steel piece is covered by our 365-day warranty.
All vermeil, sterling silver, and brass pieces are covered for 180 days.
Vermeil, sterling silver, and brass rings are covered for 90 days.
WHAT’S COVERED
In the rare event that a stone becomes dislodged, we’ll replace it free of charge.
We guarantee the structural quality of our jewellery, covering defects in metalwork, including broken bands or joints caused by manufacturing issues.
We’ll repair or replace any clasp or setting issue reported within the warranty period.
We offer free cleaning and tarnish removal using our anti-tarnish jewellery solution. Pieces can also be recoated with a protective barrier spray to extend wear.

Our gemstones are one of a kind. Variations in color, texture, and inclusions are natural and celebrated as part of each piece’s uniqueness. These are not considered defects, but rather what makes your jewellery personal and irreplaceable.
MATERIAL-SPECIFIC NOTES
Gold Vermeil and Sterling Silver
Tarnishing or oxidation is a natural process and can occur with time—even with solid gold or silver.
To restore lustre, gently clean darkened areas with a soft polishing cloth or mild jewellery cleaner.
WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Our warranty does not cover:
- Lost or broken items
- Surface scratches from normal wear - - Improper use or storage
-Any modifications or repairs done by a third party outside MYJN
SHIPPING NOTE
-Return and reshipping costs are not covered under the warranty. Customers are responsible for safely shipping the item back to us and covering the cost for the return parcel.
If your piece falls outside our Carefree Warranty, don’t worry. We’re still able to service it through our Repair Service with a small fee—because every piece deserves care, no matter when it was made.
If your jewellery ever needs repair or replacement, we’re here to help. Depending on the situation, we may repair or replace your piece with one of equal or similar value. If the original design is no longer available, we’ll work closely with you to find a suitable alternative.
We offer complimentary polishing to restore shine, remove tarnish, and refresh your piece. We also provide free clasp repairs and gemstone resetting within 30 days of delivery, if you can provide the original stone or if we have a match available. After this period, a small material-based fee may apply.
Return and delivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked, cost-effective courier.
Please note, we are unable to accept repairs for pieces altered by other jewellers, and we currently do not offer repair services beyond the warranty period.

However, we’re happy to offer you a special rate on your next order. For earrings, many of our designs are sold as singles—so you can easily replace the one you lost without buying a full pair.

MYJN jewellery is primarily handcrafted in our atelier based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. One of our three dedicated jewellers will be making your piece with care, precision, and intention.
A small selection of our styles are also produced offshore through trusted partners who meet our exact standards of craftsmanship and ethics.
Every piece, no matter where it is made, carries the same spirit of quality, refinement, and purpose.
Due to our intentionally small batch production, around 60% of our pieces are made to order. If an item sells out, we usually restock it within 10 working days unless it belongs to a limited run.
Some designs will be discontinued over time and moved to our Going Gone collection. Once they sell out, they won’t return.

Our precious metal pieces, including gold vermeil and sterling silver, are completely nickel free.
For our stainless steel collection, trace amounts of nickel may be present, which is common in all gold plated stainless steel. But we only use medical grade stainless steel that meets international safety standards and is tested for skin compatibility.

Yes, like all plated jewellery, natural wear is expected over time, depending on how often it’s worn and how well it’s cared for. We previously offered an in-house replating service as part of our commitment to longevity and quality. However, we’ve currently paused this service to focus fully on creating and perfecting our core collections. We still stand by the craftsmanship of every piece, and with proper care, your jewellery is made to last beautifully over time.
