2. Defects and faulty pieces; wrong item received
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your MYJN jewelry.
If the jewelry exhibits a genuine fault, clear any manufacturing defects or damages directly related to the production process.(damaged, broken, or broken in shape; wrong item received) within 72 hours after you receive the item, we will provide an exchange once the inspection is done.

The shipping cost of the return and redelivery of the parcel will be borne by MYJN due to our mistake. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the damage, including a picture of the jewelry that shows us the issue.

Provide details of the faulty items:
Kindly share any available visual documentation, such as images or videos, that depicts the concerns related to the product's quality or performance.
(i) Verification Process:
Upon receiving the faulty item, our quality control team will assess the reported issue. We will review your products with the photo and video evidence we keep from Section 1. If the fault is confirmed to be a result of manufacturing, we will provide you with the option of a full replacement, repair, or exchange.
(ii) Non-Qualifying Faults:
Please note that damages resulting from mishandling, improper care, or unauthorized repairs may not be eligible for return under our faulty item policy.
(iii) Condition of Return: The faulty item must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying order information, including the purchase receipt.
3. Return and Exchange Process
At MYJN, we are sure that you will be satisfied with your product. Every item will be inspected before it's dispatched to our customers. We are proud to offer our customers a quality product.
We only accept returns for 30 days after the parcel is delivered. For orders past the return and exchange period, we will not accept any kind of return or exchange.
We describe our product well, including product details, size, and weight. This will make sure that our customer has the best sense of what he or she is ordering and makes considerations.
However, please note that there are a couple of rules. We can only accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.
For packages returned or refused, please note that there will be a RM29 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
We can refuse the right to a refund if the jewelry doesn’t meet our return criteria. Your request will be accepted within 24 - 72 hours.
4. Return Eligibility
Special Considerations: Customized or personalized jewelry pieces may not be eligible for a refund but can be considered for alterations or adjustments to ensure they meet your expectations.
Not considered damage: plating discolorations due to usage on plated brass or vermeil. Oxidation due to bad usage, ( contact with moist ) or lack of maintenance on sterling silver and brass.
We provide free jewelry polishing service, removing tarnish and oxidation etc.
Any Items on sale promotion, coupons used, discounted merchandise, and limited launch items are considered final sale items. Final sale Items do not accept any refunds.
Unfortunately, our exchange and return policy does not apply to earrings, hoops, body-piercing products, or hair accessories for hygiene reasons.
Any return of goods will only be refunded in store credit ( MYJN Gift Card ) only with no charge for restocking fees. The shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
If you do not wish to refund in store credit/gift cards, we do accept a a refund with 25% restocking fees. You have the option to receive the refund directly to your original payment method.

Will I have to pay for return shipping, re-delivery shipping fees
We do not cover the shipping cost of return, but we do provide a free re-delivery shipping for Malaysia. If in the case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.
Can I have a refund if I missed the sale or the coupon code?
If there is an error in the price of an item, you have purchased with a sale/coupon code. We may adjust the price for you within 7 days of your order. We will refund the difference in terms of cash or in the form of your payment in the most convenient way.
Please note shipping costs are not refundable.
