Malaysia
For West Malaysia, we recommend placing your order at least 3 working days before the event. Klang Valley customers may also opt for same-day delivery or self-pickup at our studio.
For East Malaysia, please place your order at least 5 working days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Singapore
We recommend placing your order at least 5 working days before the event. For faster delivery, you may upgrade to priority shipping for MYR 60, which arrives within 2 working days.
Hong Kong
We recommend placing your order at least 7 working days before the event. For quicker delivery, you can upgrade to priority shipping for MYR 100, which arrives within 3 working days.

We recommend placing your order 7 to 10 working days before the event. For faster delivery, priority shipping is available at MYR 100 to MYR 200, with arrival in approximately 3 working days.

MYJN Atelier pieces are shipped via Priority or Express Shipping for faster delivery.
Yes, duties are included for orders shipped to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. No additional taxes will be applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
For other international shipments, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations. These fees are set by your local customs authority and are not controlled by MYJN. We do not cover VAT, duties, or any import taxes imposed on the recipient.
We cover duties and taxes for most Asian countries. However, shipments to the European Union and other regions may be subject to additional fees, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. These costs must be settled at the customs office in your country.
MYJN will handle all necessary customs paperwork to ensure smooth clearance. For more details on import duties or taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Our delivery service in Malaysia operates from Monday to Sunday, while our fulfilment team works from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All orders—excluding personalised pieces, made-to-order designs, and items from our experimental collection—are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation. This timeline may vary during peak seasons.
Personalised pieces have their own preparation time, which will be shown during checkout.
Please note, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
MYJN is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by external factors beyond our control, including those handled by our logistics partners.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update, as it may take a few working days depending on the courier.
To track your order, simply copy the consignment number and paste it into the tracking link provided in your email.

Log in and go to "My Orders" to view your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, your tracking number will appear there as well.
No account?
No worries. You’ll still receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by a tracking email once your parcel is on its way.
If your order is packed over the weekend or public holiday, tracking will update on the next available business day.
Tracking updates for local deliveries may take up to 3 working days, especially during periods when the courier is handling a high volume of parcels.
For international orders, updates may take up to 5 working days during peak seasons, as parcels must pass through customs and carrier facilities before tracking information becomes visible.
Tracking is only updated once the package is scanned by the courier. If you have any questions regarding your parcel’s movement, we kindly recommend contacting the courier directly, as we no longer have control once the parcel has been collected. Their customer service team will assist you accordingly.

Please note that we do not cover parcels that are lost, delayed, or stolen during transit or customs clearance. However, if such a situation arises, rest assured that we are committed to supporting you. We will actively work with our courier partners to resolve the issue and do everything we can to help your order reach you as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your parcel has already been fulfilled, re-delivery fees will apply. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll be happy to update it for you.

Every MYJN order is carefully packed and securely wrapped to ensure it leaves our studio in perfect condition.
However, once the parcel is in transit, we are not responsible for any damage caused by handling, impact, or rough shipping conditions. If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the courier service directly to file a claim.
Please inspect your package upon arrival and reach out to the shipping provider promptly if any issues are found.
Delays during customs clearance or transit are beyond our control. While MYJN is not responsible for external factors that may affect delivery time, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
We actively follow up with our delivery partners through email, SMS, and phone to help expedite your parcel. Customs-related delays are a normal part of international shipping and may require extra time due to inspections or processing procedures. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please check your tracking number to see which courier is handling your order. Our courier manager works to oversee deliveries and may assist in redirecting your parcel to a preferred location before or after the first delivery attempt.
