We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. You may return an item for:

- Choose a refund (with 25% restocking fee) or full store credit — no questions asked.
- Our team handles every return personally, ensuring a smooth, respectful process from start to finish.
- Customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured courier.
Eligibility Checklist
Please ensure the following criteria are met for any return or exchange:
- Timeframe: Request is made within 14 days of delivery
- Condition: Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Proof of Purchase: Valid order ID or receipt is required
- Packaging: Return must include original box, pouch, and all accompanying materials

1:1 Faulty Piece Replacement
Every case is assessed fairly, and if the fault is ours, we take full responsibility. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately : no repairs, no delays.
Submit your claim within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect. We cover all return and replacement costs, and you’ll receive a brand-new piece without hassle.
Every order is carefully inspected and documented before dispatch for accuracy and peace of mind.

Fairness Policy
At MYJN, each piece is crafted exactly as described, with genuine materials, true-to-life photography, and careful hand finishing. Every design passes multiple quality checks before leaving our studio, because we stand by what we make.
Jewellery is deeply personal. Some prefer weight and shine, others seek quiet texture and restraint — and that’s what makes each piece feel individual.
Subjective Dissatisfaction
To keep things fair and transparent, feelings such as “quality not as expected” or “looks different in person” are not considered defects and do not qualify for refund exceptions or restocking fee waivers..
Our policy exists to protect honesty in craft and fairness for everyone who chooses us. By keeping pricing transparent and consistent, we ensure every customer receives the same integrity that defines MYJN.
If you ever feel unsure, contact us before returning your piece. We’re happy to discuss your concern and guide you to the best solution — whether it’s care advice or an exchange for another material that fits you better.
What’s Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To preserve the integrity, safety, and uniqueness of each piece, the following are final sale:
- Earrings – Including hoops, studs, huggies, and ear clips (for hygiene reasons)
The area where the stud post meets the backing is a moving joint and may show lighter coating from friction. This is expected and does not affect the function or durability of the piece. Hoop earrings also have hinge points where plating is intentionally thinner. Customers who are concerned about visible fading should avoid plated or vermeil items such as 18k gold plating, as all coated surfaces will show wear at joints and hinges.
- Customized or engraved items
- Gift cards, refunds are not available for gifts, but exchanges are welcome
- Altered or modified jewelry (e.g., added pendants, resizing, or post-purchase changes)
- Objects Collection
- Items damaged by misuse or mishandling – This includes forceful bending, twisting, dropping, or wear beyond normal care
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to deductions (e.g., missing packaging, complimentary gifts from MYJN).
Returns on Discounted Items
Our promotions are designed to give you more of what you love, without ever compromising on experience.
To keep our pricing fair and sustainable, discounted items are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method.
If you purchased during a special event like Mother’s Day or Malaysia Day, Black Friday, you’re still welcome to return or exchange your piece as long as it meets our standard return conditions.
Instead, we offer full store credit or a flexible exchange so you can take your time and find something that truly feels like you.
It’s our way of making sure you can enjoy the moment, the savings, and the service, without hesitation.
Exchanges
Looking to switch size, style, or color?
- If your new item is in stock, we’ll ship it out as soon as we receive your return
- You can also opt for store credit and take your time deciding
- If the exchange item is of higher value, we’ll share a secure top-up link
- Exchanges follow the same 14-day eligibility window
Gift Returns
We believe gifts should feel personal—even if they need to be exchanged.
If you’ve received MYJN as a gift and it’s not quite right, we’ll gladly help you find something that is. Gifts may be exchanged or converted into store credit if they meet our standard return conditions.
However, to protect the original purchaser and prevent refund misuse, gifts are not eligible for monetary refunds. All refunds, when applicable, are processed only to the original payment method.
What you’ll need:
- The Order ID or receipt (usually available from the gift-giver)
- The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition
- The request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date
Our team handles gift returns with complete discretion. The sender will not be notified unless absolutely necessary.
Return Conditions
We do our best to make every order feel special, each piece is carefully packed, often with complimentary gifts as a small thank-you from us. To keep things fair for all customers and prevent misuse, we ask that every return follows these simple conditions:
1. Original Packaging
Please include all original packaging with your return — jewellery box, suede pouch, and any additional materials that came with your parcel.
If any packaging is missing or damaged, a RM39 replacement fee will be deducted from your refund. This helps us maintain our packaging standards and sustainability commitments.
2. Complimentary Gifts
If your order included a complimentary item (for example, a Tassel Comb or other gift), it must be returned in its original, unused condition.
When a complimentary item isn’t returned or is damaged, its retail value will be deducted from the refund. This ensures gifts remain a genuine token of appreciation, not a loophole for abuse.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Jewellery must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition. Items showing signs of wear, polishing, or damage will not be eligible for return.
These steps help us continue offering meaningful gifts, careful packaging, and honest pricing for everyone who shops with us.
International Orders
We accept international returns and exchanges under the same 14-day policy.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs, and duties.
To avoid unnecessary charges or delays, clearly label your parcel as:
“Returned Merchandise – No Commercial Value.”

How long does a refund take?
- Store credit: 1–2 working days after return is approved
- Refund: 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank/payment gateway
What if my return parcel gets lost?
- We are not liable for lost return parcels, but if anything goes wrong, please reach out—we’ll do our best to support you
Can I return or exchange a gift?
- Gifts can be exchanged or store credited (if return conditions are met)
- Refunds are not offered for gifts, and all monetary refunds go back to the original payment method only
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at help@myjnofficial.com within 14 days of delivery
- We’ll respond with your return instructions and options
- Pack carefully using the original box and pouch, placed securely in outer packaging
- Ship the item using a trackable courier of your choice

Please allow 7–10 business days for your return to be processed once received.
Return Shipping
For faulty items, wrong items sent, or approved warranty cases, MYJN covers the cost of reshipping the replacement or corrected piece back to you. Customers remain responsible for sending the original item back to us.
If you are unable to arrange the return, we may arrange a courier pickup for Malaysia and Singapore customers only. ( Please note that this option is subject to availability and may not apply to all areas. )
** For all other returns or exchanges, customers cover shipping both ways. Customers may choose any courier service at their convenience, but only standard insured courier services at reasonable rates are eligible for reimbursement. Premium or express courier options (same-day delivery) are considered customer preference and are not reimbursable.
We recommend always using a trackable courier for returns.
