Yes. MYJN was founded in Kuala Lumpur in 2017 and continues to design and develop jewellery from our studio here. While rooted in Malaysia, we serve customers across Singapore, Hong Kong, and worldwide—bringing quiet luxury and minimalist jewellery from our region to the global stage.

Quiet luxury is at the heart of MYJN. Most of our jewellery is intentionally logo-free, allowing the form and finish to speak for themselves. For very dainty pieces there is simply no room for embossing, and for larger designs a discreet mark may be added only as a sign of authenticity. Whether signed or unmarked, every piece carries the same minimalist clarity and enduring value.

MYJN is built around an in-house, design-first studio approach. Most pieces are conceived and finished under our own direction to keep standards exact. From time to time, we may draw inspiration from collaborators or apprentices who pass through the studio, but we do not run large-scale design partnerships. This way, every piece that carries the MYJN name stays aligned with our quiet luxury ethos, minimalist clarity, and enduring value.

We produce jewellery in small batches rather than for the mass market. Limiting each release preserves precision in form and finish, keeps every design rare, and protects long-term value. Once archived, a piece never returns—making ownership of MYJN something personal and enduring, not seasonal or replaceable.

Yes. MYJN pieces are designed with balance and proportion so they layer and stack with ease. No. Once a MYJN design is archived, it does not return. Every release is produced in small batches, so when a piece sells out it becomes part of our permanent archive—preserving rarity, exclusivity, and long-term value for those who own it.

Around 70% of MYJN pieces are made-to-order, so we replenish most designs within 7 working days. Some items, however, are intentionally discontinued over time and moved to our “Going Gone” collection. Once a piece from this collection sells out, it is archived permanently and will never return. This balance allows us to keep core designs available while preserving the rarity and lasting value of limited releases.

These materials resist tarnish and are hand-finished for smooth wear, making them easy to live in from morning to night. If you want versatility, start with a pair of hoops or a minimalist chain: timeless forms you’ll reach for every day.

We accept small adjustments on existing designs — such as resizing, length changes, or material options — for pieces that are in stock or available for pre-order.

We do offer bespoke / custom work, but at this time we are not accepting new orders. Our studio is focused on small-batch collections, and taking on bespoke pieces would risk delaying delivery and compromising the exacting standards we hold. To ensure every customer receives the quality and experience they expect, we prefer not to take customization requests for now.

Most MYJN pieces are finished by hand, but offering every possible size or metal would stretch production and compromise our standards. We focus on the most popular options to ensure precision, balance, and consistent quality. If a specific size or metal isn’t available, we often have an alternative design to recommend—our support team will be glad to guide you.

Yes. We prioritise recycled sterling silver, brass, steel wherever possible and continue to expand responsible sourcing across our materials.

It depends on the design, and we always state it clearly on each product page. If “single” is in the name, the earring is sold individually, for example, our ear cuffs. Earrings without “single” are sold as pairs. If you’d like more than one of a single piece, simply update the quantity in your cart before checkout.

We source our stones and metals from trusted partners in Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, China, and beyond. Each supplier is chosen for both quality and responsible practice. Each piece reflects a balance—what you pay goes largely into the materials, craftsmanship, and considered details such as packaging. This way, every MYJN piece feels honest in value and lasting in design.

Most MYJN pieces are made with sterling silver, gold vermeil, brass, natural pearls, and surgical-grade stainless steel. Stainless steel naturally contains trace amounts of nickel, but in high-quality grades it is bonded tightly within the alloy, making it far less likely to cause reactions. For those with extreme sensitivity, even a small trace can trigger allergies, which is why we recommend sterling silver or vermeil if you have known nickel intolerance.

Yes. All MYJN packaging is recyclable, designed to protect each piece while reducing waste. From jewellery boxes to shipping materials, we keep the presentation refined while ensuring it can be reused or responsibly recycled after unboxing.

If your order come with a gifting box, you can expect our occasionally gifting box that come differently in every season.

The scent you notice in our packaging is a custom blend made by our team — a quiet signature we mix by hand using fragrance and essential oils. The formula changes from time to time, but it’s always meant to feel calm, elegant, and unmistakably MYJN. It isn’t available for sale (at least not yet).

At the moment, we are not accepting replating requests. Our studio is focused on new small-batch releases, and taking in service orders would delay production and compromise the attention each piece requires. We prefer to pause this service temporarily so that when we do offer it again, the quality meets both your expectations and ours.
