14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

We want you to love your jewelry, but if it’s not the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

No explanation needed. If the piece isn’t quite right, simply return it within the return window.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: Initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order
Condition : The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and documents intact.
Proof of Purchase : A valid order number or receipt is required for all returns.
Packaging : Items should be returned with their original box, pouch, and any accompanying materials to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange:

Hoops earring, stud, huggies, ear clips - ( due to hygiene reasons )
Customized and Engraved Pieces - ( as they are personalized for you )
Objects Collection - ( decorative pieces that are final sale )
Altered Jewelry - ( any piece modified by the customer, including added pendants to chains or personal adjustments )

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined or subject to a restocking fee. Please note that discounted items are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Approval Process : Once approved, you will receive simple instructions on how to send your item back.
Pack Securely : Ensure your item is in its original packaging and well-protected during shipping.
Ship Back to Us : Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for added security.
Inspection & Processing : Once received, we will inspect your item and process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 7–10 business days.
Customers may choose to return eligible items for store credit or opt for a refund with a 25% restocking fee deducted.

Important: MYJN is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please use a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Exchanges

If you’d like to swap your item for a different style, size, or color, we offer easy exchanges.

Direct Exchange : If the item you want is in stock, we’ll ship it as soon as we receive your return.
Price Differences : Customers are required to cover any price difference when exchanging for a higher-value item.
Store Credit Option : If you’re unsure what to choose next, opt for store credit so you can decide later.

The same 14-day return window and eligibility conditions apply to exchanges.

International Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges worldwide under the same policies as domestic orders.

Customers are responsible for international return shipping.
Clearly mark the package as 'Returned Merchandise' to avoid unnecessary customs fees.
Exchanges are available globally, and we will ship the new item once we receive your returned piece.

Special Care

We offer free cleaning services for tarnished sterling silver, brass, and gold vermeil pieces beyond the warranty period.

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.
