When we travel, we are often quietly inspired by what surrounds us, the rhythm of nature, the lines of buildings, and the small, unnoticed details along the way.

One afternoon, we wandered into a quiet street where a few doors drew us in. Their weathered paint, bold colours, and distinct personalities carried a quiet charm. We began photographing the ones we loved, and R said, these could become something more.

From that moment on, we started collecting them. With every walk, whenever a door made us pause, we captured it. Palette des Portes began there, and from that beginning, it slowly found its form.

The palette came from the doors. Jade for the greens we kept finding. Rose quartz for the faded pinks. Aquamarine for the blues on old shutters and ironwork. Crystals for the light that caught us off guard.

Soft oval and round forms, set in sterling silver and gold vermeil. We wanted these pieces to carry the same feeling as old brass handles — that warmth and weight when your hand closes around one — but gentler, and light enough to wear without thinking about it.

The clasps are shaped after door handles we found on courtyard entries. In old buildings, hardware is never hidden. We liked that. We did the same.

This is Atelier work. Handmade in small batches, every detail held to a standard we set for ourselves. Take your time with these. We put things in them for you to find.
