What We Cover
(and Offer For Free)
Stone Replacement
If a stone ever comes loose, we will replace it at no charge. Every setting is secured and inspected before leaving our studio, but if you receive your piece and the stone comes loose immediately, we replace it free of charge. If the stone loosens within 30 days of normal wear, we still cover it complimentary, provided a matching stone is available.
Note: If a stone loosens because of a structural issue, we take full responsibility. If it is lost through accident or rough handling, we can still assist with replacement at a fair cost whenever a matching stone is available.
Fading & Tarnishing
Your piece should hold its finish and brilliance. If fading or tarnishing occurs within the warranty period and it is not caused by exposure, misuse, or neglect, we fully cover it. We will restore or replace the piece at no charge if the finish fails due to our error.
Warranty coverage by material
- Stainless Steel: 180 days
- Gold Vermeil, Brass, and Sterling Silver Variants: 90 days of warranty
- Rings in Vermeil, Brass, Sterling Silver: 60 days of warranty
Professional Cleaning (Under Warranty)
During the warranty period, if tarnishing or fading occurs, every customer is entitled to complimentary professional cleaning. Our process includes a full polish, tarnish removal, anti tarnish protection, and a fresh protective recoating at no cost. If the piece cannot be restored through cleaning or recoating, we will replace it under warranty.
Beyond Warranty
After your warranty ends, we continue to support with professional cleaning and protective recoating at a minimal fee, so your jewellery always feels new.
Clasp, joint, post repairs.
Necklaces, bracelets, and chains depend on tiny clasps and joints to stay secure. Each clasp is hand set and soldered, then inspected for strength before we ship. Still, a clasp is one of the most delicate moving parts of any jewellery piece.
Covered under warranty
If a clasp or spring mechanism fails on its own under normal wear within 30 days of delivery, we repair or replace it free of charge.
If the clasp was not properly set or welded before you received it, it falls under our 30 day structural assurance, we will replace the piece after verification.
Not covered
Clasps damaged by pulling, twisting, catching on clothing, or exposure to force are considered wear and tear.
The small surface where the stud post connects to the backing is not a defect. Because this area is a moving joint, the coating can appear lighter or rubbed due to natural friction when worn or adjusted. This is expected and does not affect quality or durability. The same applies to hoop earrings, which also have a hinge or joint to secure the piece — at these connection points, coating may be thinner by design, but it is not a flaw.
Note: Bracelets and necklaces worn to bed, in sports, or during rough handling often strain the clasp. These breakages are not warranty faults.
What we offer
Complimentary clasp repair or resetting within 30 days when it is clearly a workmanship issue.
Out of warranty clasp repairs at fair, transparent pricing if damage is from wear, accident, or misuse.
Lifetime guidance. If your clasp feels loose or difficult to close, contact us early. A quick adjustment can prevent breakage.
Sterling Silver Note
Sterling silver is a soft precious metal and requires careful handling during wear. The joints, especially the post to stud on earrings, are delicate. We quality check the weld and strength before shipping. Breakage from extra force, bending, twisting, or other wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
Most common problems with sterling silver come from wear and tear such as bending, twisting, or forcing the clasp open. These are considered man made and not covered under warranty. But if it is a fault on our end, such as a defect or loose part not caused by misuse, we take full responsibility. That means free repair or a replacement.
Tangled Chains (Necklaces, Pendants, Chokers)
Delicate chains can occasionally tangle, whether from movement during delivery, or from daily wear if not stored or handled with care. It is a common and natural part of how fine jewellery lives with us. While tangling is not covered under our structural warranty, it is usually easy to resolve and we are always here if you need help.
Each piece is packed in our signature double layer pouch, with an OPP bag thoughtfully designed to separate the chain and pendant to help prevent tangling. But some shifting in transit, or during wear, can still happen, especially with finer chains.
If your piece becomes tangled:
Most knots are surface level and simple to undo with gentle fingers and a little patience. We can guide you through it step by step.
Prefer in person help. Visit our studio. Untangling is always complimentary.
If you are further away, you can ship it to us. We will restore it carefully and return it to you. Shipping fees apply.
