All orders, except for personalized ones, made-to-order pieces and experimental collection, are prepared within 1- 2 business days after the order confirmation date. 

This preparation time can vary according to peak season. Personalized jewels have a specific preparation time, which is indicated during the purchase process.

Note: we do not send to post office boxes.

We do not take responsibility for factors external to MYJN which may delay or prevent a delivery, and which are covered by our logistic partners. 

A tracking number will be provided via email when your order has been shipped.

Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see information about your order.

This may take a couple hours, and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day!

Local deliveries' tracking status usually updates within 3 working days when the courier service is facing an overwhelmed amount of parcels.

For international, it could be 5 working days during the courier’s peak season as the parcels will have to go through customs. All tracking information will not be updated until the package passes your country's customs or carrier facilities.

When the barcode on the package is scanned, tracking information is updated.

Note: Kindly contact the courier service if you have any inquiries on the delivery status and etc. as we do not have control over the shipping once the courier service has collected your parcel. The courier’s careline will assist you accordingly.

The shipping times provided are estimates only. We strive to deliver orders within these estimated timeframes.

We do not cover the lost / delayed / stolen parcel in transit / during shipping or in the custom clearance.

Rest assured, if the case happen, we are committed to finding a solution for any unforeseen delays. We will actively coordinate with all relevant parties to expedite your delivery and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

You are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address after the parcel has been fulfilled, we will charge the re-delivery fees.

Please email us immediately if you entered information incorrectly; we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. 

MYJN ensures that all orders are carefully packed and securely wrapped before shipping. However, once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit. Any issues related to mishandling, rough shipping conditions, or external impact should be addressed directly with the courier service. We encourage customers to inspect their parcels upon arrival and contact the shipping provider if any damage is found.

Customs delays can occasionally occur and are unfortunately beyond our control. These delays are part of the standard customs clearance process.

Please rest assured that we are here to assist and will do everything we can to help expedite the resolution. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.

The package delay is out of our control. MYJN is not responsible for the package delay in transit.

We recommend that customers contact the respective party to expedite the delivery process.

We prepare, pack, and dispatch every order carefully, but once your parcel is collected, the journey continues through our partner couriers’ systems. Address data is computer-generated, and rare routing errors may occur beyond our direct control.

If your parcel shows a wrong route, delay, or delivery issue, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution. Our team will help follow up from our side and ensure the courier takes action.

We appreciate your understanding that final delivery handling lies with the courier, yet we’ll always support you until your piece finds its way home.

Once an order leaves our studio, it’s in the hands of trusted third-party couriers. While we choose partners carefully, we have no control over their internal routing, delivery staff, or system errors. If a parcel is delayed, misplaced, or marked as delivered incorrectly, please reach out to the courier first with your tracking number.

We’ll gladly assist by reporting and following up from our side, but final investigations, compensations, or claims are managed directly by the courier under their policies. We promise to stay in contact and help you get updates until the case is resolved.

We have a courier manager to manage your delivery and redirect packages to your preferred delivery location before or after our first delivery attempt.

You can make changes to your shipping address before we fulfil your order. Just drop an email to help@myjnofficial.com with your order details and new shipping address.

Yes. For delivery between Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, duties are included. No taxes are applied at check-out according to the state or province of the shipping address.

Other international shipments:

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that MYJN does not have any control over these fees, and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. We also do not cover any VAT or duties imposed on the customer.

For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

We cover taxes and duties for most of the Asian countries.

Shipments to the European Union and other countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees.

In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.

MYJN is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.

We do not cover any return / exchange shipping fees, costs, etc.

If in the case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.

We’re unable to cover any VAT, import duties, or additional taxes incurred when returned items are shipped back to us — including exchange requests.

If you're returning from outside Malaysia, please ensure the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods – No Commercial Value” to avoid unnecessary charges. Any customs duties or VAT imposed due to incorrect declarations will be the sender’s responsibility.
