What We Cover (and Offer For Free)

Stone Replacement – If it comes loose, we’ll replace it. No charge.

Broken Bands, Clasps, or Joints – Any structural flaw is fully covered.

Clasp Repairs & Gem Resetting – Complimentary within 30 days of delivery (if a matching stone is available).

Fading or Tarnishing – Covered if it’s not due to exposure or misuse. We’ll replace it if it’s our error.

Professional Cleaning (Under Warranty) – We clean, polish, anti-tarnish, and apply protective recoating, all at no cost.

Full-Service Repair (Under Warranty) – If we can fix it, we will. If we can’t, we’ll replace it. Simple as that.
Note: We use natural stones. Variations in shade, clarity, or texture are part of their beauty, not defects.
