- Stainless Steel Pieces: 365-day warranty, including fading protection
- Gold Vermeil, Brass, Sterling Silver Jewellery: 180-day warranty
- Gold Vermeil, Brass, Sterling Silver Rings: 90-day warranty
What’s Covered
- Stone Replacement: If a stone becomes dislodged, we’ll replace it free of charge
- Structural Quality: We cover manufacturing defects, including broken joints or bands
- Clasps & Settings: Covered within the warranty period
- Cleaning & Tarnish Removal: Complimentary anti-tarnish treatment and protective barrier recoating

If your jewellery requires attention, we’re here to help.
- Repair or Replacement: We’ll repair or replace with an equal or similar item. If unavailable, we’ll work closely with you on a suitable alternative
- Complimentary Polishing: Shine restoration and tarnish removal
- Clasp Repair & Gem Resetting: Free within 30 days of delivery (if matching stones are available). After this period, minimal fees may apply
Outside Warranty?
We offer repair services at a modest fee even after the warranty ends—because every MYJN piece deserves lifelong care.
Free Cleaning & Inspection
Jewellery needs regular care to retain its brilliance. Schedule an in-store appointment or contact us for a complimentary mail-in cleaning.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

- Provide Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation or receipt
- Include Visual References: Photos or videos clearly showing the issue
- Assessment: Our team will review and may request further details
- Resolution: If covered, we’ll guide you through the repair or replacement process
Please note: Return and delivery shipping costs are borne by the customer. Use a reliable, trackable courier. Repairs on pieces altered by other jewellers are not accepted.
Lost Jewellery
We understand how disheartening it is to lose a piece you love. While we can’t replace lost items, we’re happy to offer a special rate on your next order. Many earring designs are sold individually—making replacements easier and more affordable. Just reach out.
