Malaysia
You may place your order 3 working days before the event. A same-day delivery option is available for Klang Valley customers.
Singapore
You may place your order 5 working days before the event. A priority delivery option ( 2 working days ) is available for MYR 60.
Hong Kong
You may place your order 7 working days before the event. A priority delivery option ( 3 working days ) is available for MYR 100.
Taiwan
You may place your order 7 working days before the event. A priority delivery option ( 3 working days ) is available for MYR 100.
Rest of the world
You may place your order 7-10 working days before the event.

If you have multiple items in your order, all items in your order will ship together on the latest date.
Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within approximately:
- Malaysia: 1 to 2 business days
-Singapore: 2-5 business days
-Hong Kong: 3-5 business days
- Taiwan: 3-7 business days
- Others countries in Asia: 5-7 business days
- Others countries in the world: 7-14 business days.

We do not ship on the weekend or Malaysia holidays.

All orders, except for personalized ones, made-to-order pieces and experimental collection, are prepared within 24 business hours after the order confirmation date.
This preparation time can vary according to peak season like Black Friday or Christmas. Personalized jewels have a specific preparation time, which is indicated during the purchase process.
Note: we do not send to post office boxes.
We do not take responsibility for factors external to MYJN which may delay or prevent a delivery, and which are not covered by our logistic partners.
A tracking number will be provided when your order has been shipped.
Please be patient, as tracking information can take a few days to update. To track the progress of your order, please copy the consignment note and browse the tracking link provided.

You will receive order information after you place your order. Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed!
Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see information about your order.
This may take a couple hours, and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day!

Local deliveries' tracking status usually updates within 3 working days when the courier service is facing an overwhelmed amount of parcels.
For international, it could be 5 working days during the courier’s peak season as the parcels will have to go through customs. All tracking information will not be updated until the package passes your country's customs or carrier facilities.
When the barcode on the package is scanned, tracking information is updated.
Note: Kindly contact the courier service if you have any inquiries on the delivery status and etc. as we do not have control over the shipping once the courier service has collected your parcel. The courier’s careline will assist you accordingly.
However, in cases of damage or loss during transit by the courier service, worry not as you may contact us and we will send you a new parcel after checking with the courier service.
Unlike the other, we do cover all the lost parcel in transit / during shipping.
However, you are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address. We will not cover the re-delivery fees.
Please email us immediately if you entered information incorrectly; we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet.
Please check your tracking number to determine which carrier we shipped your order with.
We have a courier manager to manage your delivery and redirect packages to your preferred delivery location before or after our first delivery attempt.
Keep in mind that you may contact the local hotline for the courier company that's best for your parcel arrangement.
You can make changes to your shipping address before we fulfil your order. Just drop an email to help@myjnofficial.com with your order details and new shipping address.
Yes. For Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan, duties are included. No taxes are applied at check-out according to the state or province of the shipping address.
Other international shipments:
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that MYJN does not have any control over thesefees,and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country.For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
We cover taxes and duties for most of the Asian countries.
Shipments to the European Union and other countries may be liable for customs taxes and additional fees.
In all cases, these costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
MYJN is committed to taking care of all the required paperwork in order for the parcel to clear customs.
At MYJN, we are sure that you will be satisfied with your product. Every item will be inspected before it's dispatched to our customers. We are proud to offer our customers a quality product.
Returns & Exchange
We offer exchanges for store credit within 30 days of receiving an order on all unworn items, excluding orders using discount codes and sale items. A gift card will be issued upon return of the order and inspection.
Items on sale promotion, coupons used, discounted merchandise, international orders, and limited launch item are considered Final Sale Items.
Any return of goods will be refunded in store credit without any restocking fees. The shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
If you don't accept the store credit, we do accept a refund.
Packages refused or returned for any reason will be subject to our restocking fee of 25% of your total purchase amount including shipping fees.
As a small business, the time, labor, and materials that contribute to fulfilling an order are significant resources.
The restocking fee contributes to the cost of processing orders, packaging used, payment gateway, e-commerce provider fees, shipping cost, and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.
We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your MYJN jewelry.
If the jewelry is exhibiting a genuine fault ( damaged, broken, or broken in shape ) between 30 days after you received the item, we will provide an exchange once the inspection is done.
The cost of the return parcel and delivery will be borne by MYJN due to our mistake. Please email us at help@myjnofficial.com with a detailed description of the damage, including a picture of the jewelry that shows us the issue.
We will try our best to get your beloved MYJN piece back to new!
We only accept returns and exchange for 14 days after the parcel is delivered.
We describe our product well, including product details, sizing, product photo. This will make sure that our customer has the best sense of what he/she is ordering and make consideration.
Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind.
However, please note there are a couple of rules. We are only able to accept returns on items
1. Unworn
2. No signs of wear or damage
3. In its original condition and packaging
Your request will be accepted within 24 - 48 hours during working hour
For packages returned or refused, please note that there will be a RM39 charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging - jewelry box, cards, silver polishing clothes.
If there's a mistake on the parcel, items come faulty, or there's a handmade product quality issue, we do provide courier pickup service for our customers in Singapore and Malaysia. We prioritize paperless couriers.
In some circumstances, you may need to print the return label. For customers from any other country, you may need to arrange the courier on your own.
We suggest customers return the parcel using their preferred shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Inspection of returns usually takes 7 business days, but it might take longer during busy periods.
We do not cover any return / exchange shipping fees, costs, etc.
If in the case a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.
Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments returned.
Items that are not eligible for returns are the following:
- Earrings and Huggies
- Engraved Products
- Individual Products in Sets: The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.
- Hair Jewelry
- Personalized pieces
Please note: Final Sale Items, Gift Cards are non-refundable.
We aim to process all returned orders within 2 working days.
All refunds will be credited to the store credit, original credit card/debit card, payment gateway.
To exchange the gift, please send us the item in its original packaging, including the gift receipt ( the customer details )
If the value of the new item exceeds the original gift value, you will be required to pay the difference.
Should the value of the new item be lower than the original gift value, the difference will be credited to the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.
