La Petite Cuisine brings the small pleasures of the kitchen into the way we dress. Curling pasta, softly folded croissants and petite bunches of grapes are reimagined as sculptural jewellery, finding a place beyond the table. Some pieces reveal their inspiration at a glance. Others keep it as a detail for you to discover.
I. From our table to yours.
La Petite Cuisine began with a dish of pasta in the MYJN Galerie kitchen. We found small sculptures in its grains, folds and curls, and imagined them as jewellery to enjoy beyond the table.
II. Familiar pleasures, unexpected places.
Petite grapes become earrings; slender grains trace the wrist. The things we enjoy at the table become personal details to wear, chosen for their shape, their charm, or simply the smile they bring.
III. A matter of taste.
Some pieces reveal their inspiration at a glance. Others keep it tucked into a simple silhouette. There is room for a love of understated shapes and a more playful side of you.
IV. Find what belongs together.
Pair a twist with a smooth curve, or repeat a detail from ring to earring. Bring them together with the pieces you already love; not everything has to match to belong.
V. An unexpected turn.
A loose curl gives the familiar hoop a new outline. Let it stand out against a plain shirt or a favourite dress. The clothes can stay familiar; the jewellery brings something new.
