At MYJN®, we believe in providing you with the best shopping experience possible. We understand that sometimes you may need to make returns, and we are here to help.

Thank you for your valuable feedback—we appreciate and love every one of you! This is an improved version of our return, exchange policy. You speak, we listen, and together we become better.

1. Transparency

We are committed to ensuring complete transparency and customer satisfaction at every step. To uphold this, we meticulously photograph and document every aspect of our product packaging and details. This practice serves as proof of the condition and contents of your order, significantly reducing the potential for misunderstandings.

 

2. Defects and Faulty Pieces

We sincerely apologize if you have experienced any fault with your MYJN jewelry. If the jewelry exhibits a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged, broken, or incorrect item received) within 72 hours of receipt, we will provide an exchange once the inspection is complete.

  • Shipping Expenses: MYJN will cover the shipping expenses for the return and redelivery of faulty products. Please email us at help@myjnofficial.com with a detailed description and a picture of the issue.

  • Verification Process: Upon receiving the faulty item, our quality control team will assess the reported issue. If confirmed, we will offer a full replacement, repair, or exchange.

  • Condition of Return: The faulty item must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying order information, including the purchase receipt.


Non-qualifying faults / Not considered damage :

Factors outside of manufacturing defects or errors

1. Damages resulting from mishandling ( dropping, bending, mishandling, or impact )

2. Improper care  ( expose to harsh chemicals, damp or humid environments )

3. Improper storage ( not keeping pieces in individual MYJN's pouches or jewelry boxes to prevent scratches and tangling )

4. Unauthorized repairs ( modifications, uncertified jeweler work )

5. Any gaps in earring components that may loosen during transit are not considered faulty; they can be adjusted by hand or with tools.


We offer both complimentary and premium jewelry polishing services to restore your pieces' shine and remove tarnish or oxidation. You can send the item to us by mail or visit us in-store for personalized care.

 

3. Return and Exchange Process

We accept returns for any reason within 14 days after the parcel is delivered. However, we can only accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging.

Return Period: Customers must make returns within the specified 14 days return period. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

 

Return & exchange eligibility :

Items that are not eligible for return & exchange include the following:

  1. Any kind of earrings
  2. Engraved Products
  3. Individual Products in Sets: The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund.
  4. Hair Jewelry & Objects
  5. Personalized, customized pieces
  6. Worn or damaged items

The following orders on myjnofficial.com are final sale:

  1. International orders shipped to destinations outside Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong.
  2. Pieces in our object collection
  3. Custom orders (including engraved or otherwise altered items)
  4. Items designated final sale.
  5. Orders purchased with store credit.

 

Please note: Final Sale Items, Gift Cards are non-refundable. We can only accommodate requests with an official receipt or Order ID provided.


For exchange :

To exchange an item, please return the parcel to us. To start a return, please contact us first before sending the item back. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and the redelivery fees.

  • If the value of the new item exceeds the original value, you will be required to pay the difference.

  • If the value of the new item is lower than the original value, the difference will be credited to your store credit or the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase.

For packages returned or exchanged, please note that a RM‌39 charge will apply if the items are not returned with their original packaging.

    • An optional white paper mailer or biodegradable courier bag.

    • A sturdy black parcel box, wrapped with a bespoke paper label.

    • Each parcel is carefully lined with protective sugar paper to ensure your jewelry box arrives safely and impeccably protected.

  2. Protective Storage:

    • Individual Cotton Linen Pouches: Each piece comes in a protective, multi-compartment pouch.

    • Eco-Gifting Box with Designed to fit up to three pieces, this eco-friendly box adds a natural touch with it reusable purposes.

    • Seasonal Gifting Card: A beautifully designed card for special messages, perfect for gifting.

  3. Jewelry Care:

    • Jewelry Polishing Cloths: Complimentary cloths to keep your jewelry shining.

    • Optional Patented Anti-Tarnish Strip: Helps prevent oxidation and keeps your jewelry sparkling like new.

 

4. Receiving your refunds

Any return of goods will only be refunded in store credit (MYJN Gift Card), with no charge for restocking fees. The shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

We understand that decisions take time, and we accept returns for any reason. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

" We promise our customers that we will never resell returned items as regular-priced items. After re-coating and cleaning, all returned items will only be sold in our "Elegance in Flaws" bundle deals. "

As a small business, the time, labor, and materials involved in fulfilling an order are significant resources. The restocking fee helps cover the cost of processing orders, packaging materials, payment gateway fees, e-commerce provider fees, shipping costs, and providing thoughtful, timely customer service.


5. Refund process

We aim to process all refunds within 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. The refunded amount will be credited within 7 business days. For international customers, it may take 12 to 15 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit or refunded to the original payment method, including credit/debit cards and payment gateways. Please note that we only process transactions through the specified refund methods mentioned above; transactions outside of these methods will not be accepted.

 

 

F.A.Q

Will I have to pay for return shipping and re-delivery shipping fees?

Yes. If a return is necessary, all customers are responsible for their own return shipping fee.

Can I have a refund if I missed the sale or the coupon code?

If there is an error in the price of an item, you have purchased it with a sale or coupon code. We may adjust the price for you within 7 days of your order. We will refund the difference in cash or in the form of your payment in the most convenient way. 

Exchanging a Gift

To exchange a gift, please send us the item in its original packaging, including the gift receipt with the customer details.
