At MYJN, quality is at the heart of everything we do. If you receive a piece with a manufacturing defect, we’ll offer a direct 1:1 replacement—no repairs, no waiting.

Simply submit a claim within 72 hours of receiving your item, along with photos of the defect.

We cover all costs for the return and replacement of faulty products, ensuring a seamless process for you.

No delays, no hassle—just a brand-new piece sent straight to you.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, each order undergoes careful inspection during packing and fulfillment to minimize waste. For quality assurance, we document parcel contents with photographs before shipping. We appreciate your understanding and support.

 



Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

To help us process your return or exchange smoothly, please ensure the following conditions are met:

Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.

Proof of Purchase
A valid order number or receipt is required.

Packaging
Please return your piece with its original box, pouch, and all accompanying materials to keep everything intact.



 

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

 

To maintain the integrity and quality of our pieces, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Earrings – Hoops, studs, huggies, and ear clips (for hygiene reasons)

Customized or Engraved Pieces – Made just for you, and uniquely yours

• Objects Collection – Sculptural or decorative items marked as final sale

• Gift Card -

Altered Jewelry – Any piece that has been modified, including added pendants or personal adjustments

 

Returns that do not meet our conditions may be declined or subject to additional fee deductions, such as missing items from the packaging. Please note, discounted items are final sale.



How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

 

1. Contact Us
Email our team at help@myjnofficial.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you from there.

2. Approval & Instructions
Once your request is approved, we’ll share clear steps to help you send your item back.

3. Pack with Care
Please return the item in its original box and pouch, securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

4. Ship to Us
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured service.

5. Inspection & Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your exchange, store credit, or refund within 7–10 business days.

Customers may choose full store credit or a refund to the original payment method, with a 25% restocking fee applied.



 

Exchanges

Looking to change size, style, or color? We make exchanges simple and flexible.

Direct Exchange
If your desired item is in stock, we’ll ship it out as soon as your original piece is returned.

Price Differences
If you’re exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference will apply.

Store Credit
Not sure what to choose next? You can opt for full store credit and decide anytime.

All exchanges follow the same 14-day return window and eligibility guidelines.

International Returns & Exchanges

 

We gladly accept international returns and exchanges under the same 14-day policy as domestic orders.

Customers are responsible for return shipping and any related costs. To avoid unnecessary customs charges, please clearly mark your package as “Returned Merchandise.”

Exchanges are available worldwide. Once we receive your returned item in original condition, we’ll process and ship your new piece right away.

    "For store credit normally 1-2 working day. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your bank/payment gateway or credit card."

  3.  What happens if my returned package gets lost?

    "MYJN isn’t responsible for lost packages during return shipping. However, if something happens, please let us know—we’ll do our best to assist you."

  4.  Can I return or exchange a gift?

    "Absolutely. If you provide the Order ID and all return requirements outlined above are met, we can process a refund directly to the original payment method used."
